1:1 Personal Training
After an intake interview we will find out what your specific goals are and what you want to achieve by working with a personal trainer.
At your intake interview, an assessment is done from which I get information about how healthy your body is at the time of the start of your training. Together we discuss the results of the assessment and determine which factors we can work on to improve the general health of your body. From there, a course of action is drawn up and the necessary steps to work toward your goals are discussed.
When you start with personal training 1:1 you will always work personally with your trainer according to a schedule that is agreed upon and we will work together on the goals we have set during the intake and assessment moment.
