(Functional) Group Training

A fitness and strength training in function of your daily life.

We don’t go for “beach-ready,” but for “life-ready. A better posture behind your computer screen or while carrying groceries or maxi-cosies, a better endurance when walking up stairs, less stress, a better night’s sleep, more active romp with your children,…. In short, a longer and happier life.

During the functional adults workouts, together with your trainer, you will focus on performing movements precisely in order to improve your strength, fitness, mobility, stability, explosiveness and coordination.

After a general warm-up and warming up of specific muscle groups, resistance training follows using basic movements. The training progresses to a conditioning part and ends with mobility training and stretching.
